The Triangle Chapter participated in Wheels on Academy with car entries and two very successful Take-A-Par-T demos. Members entering cars included Floyd Barnes ’57 Chevrolet, Bob Gault ’64 Corvette, Dan Fuccella ‘50 Willys, Jim Gill 63 Ford Galaxie, Chad Goldman 40 Packard, Annie Goldman 90 Chevy Truck 454 SS, Ben Johnson 31 Chevrolet, Jack Johnson, Dan Stamm 63 Corvair, Fred Harley ’21 Model T, Gary Hunter 30 Model A, Denny Oestreich ’57 Chevrolet, Jack Johnson ’51 Ford and Joe Parsons’55 Studebaker. Others attending were Jim Aldrich, Larry Sayre and Marv Gage.

The Take A-Par-T demonstration team did an excellent job with times of 6:55 and 6:33 minutes. There were plenty of Triangle members on hand to do efficient demonstrations.  The line workers included Jim Aldrich, Floyd Barnes, Annie Goldman, Chad Goldman, and Dan Fuccella. On the microphone was Jim Gill, on the crank was Bob Gault and at the wheel was Fred Harley. The T-hauler was Jim Gill. The crowd was very appreciative. There were many photo opportunities in the Model T and many in the crowd probably went right out to their Ford Dealers to purchase a Ford Model-T.
