2018 Triangle Chapter Chic-Fil-A Display - November 10, 2018

It seems we annually celebrate the arrival of cold days of late fall by holding a car display.  Saturday November 10, 2018 was cold and windy at the Chick Fil-A car display.  Seven Triangle members came out with their vehicles to Chick Fil-A at Capital Crossing shopping center to enjoy a day of displaying their vehicles and car discussions.  Displaying vehicles were Jack Agayoff 1959 Ford Retractable, Bob and Bonda Fuhrman ’63 Mercury, Chet Butcher ’50 Ford, Tommy Fitzgerald ’72 Bronco, Dan Fuccella ’69 Buick, Roger Lopera ’50 Dodge, and Denny Oestreich ’57 Chevy.

Three other car owners joined us for the display and we also recruited two new members.  Bob Lovelace brought his 64 GTO, Chip and Deb Robie displayed their 73 Corvette. Four NC State students arrived in their 1965 Mustang. They were all members of the NC State Marching Band who played at the Thursday night football game.  They went to several venues looking for a cruise in and stopped to join our display for several hours. As in the past Chick Fil-A treated us to an enjoyable lunch. Thanks to Jack Agayoff for arranging this event.
